Columbine Lighthouse

Cape Columbine Lighthouse was build in 1936, it was the last manned lighthouse constructed, and it rests on a windswept coastline within the Columbine Nature Reserve, five kilometres outside of the fishing village of Paternoster - so popular with Capetonians as a weekend retreat and incredible views over the Britannia reef and the Atlantic.

Cape Winelands

Visit blackberry channels C00192AC5 or Memories C0034E473.
Traveling through the Cape Winelands area and visiting the wine estates are definitely rewarding. Wine estates like Neethlingshof, Delheim, Spier, Saxenburg, Welmoed and Delaire, to name just a few, with beautiful Classic Cape Dutch homesteads. Google image.

Velddrif

Velddrif . . . with its age old traditions, where the stars shine brighter, where the sea and river meet, fish abound and tranquillity resounds in the call of the birds.
