Ina Paarman's

A couple of weeks ago I bought a pack of Ina Paarman's Raisin & Bran muffins and the muffins turned out great.  It is now part of my regular weekend baking regimen.  I decided to add a few ingredients to it.  

All you need is a pack of Ina Paarman's Raisin & bran muffins, two to three apples(cut into smaller pieces) and two to three grated carrots. 

Follow the instructions.  Add the raisins, apples and carrots together.    

I increased the plain yoghurt and do not add milk, as it really adds to the flavour.

This is so easy to make and healthy as it is high in fibre.
